El Presidente and Jelicka's Boss Man

The better part of Santa Barbara, if they didn't already know him, is getting to know him as "El Presidente".  One in the same, Josiah is always there to help with a smile and his great "come on" attitude that we can get anything you want done. Riding on the Fiesta Float, in Santa Barbara's Christmas Parade is just one of the many place you will find Josiah these days.  Me, I'm just gald to call him Boss!
